The Directorate of Nigerian Navy Computer Services was established in 1985 with the aim of achieving a computer literate force by 2007. Based on the strategic imperative of ICT in meeting the NN's constitutional roles and taking cognisance of the immense benefits of ICT, the NN promulgated an ICT Policy and established a Directorate of ICT (DICT) to superintend all ICT activities in the NN. Click here to view or download a copy of the ICT Policy>>>
