According to Admiral Ibrahim, “as I take over as your Chief of the Naval Staff today, I say to you, you are my primary constituency and you are my concern. However, I enjoin you to watch my body language and ensure that you subordinate your individual interests to the collective interest of the Navy and the nation at large.”
